Paramotoring Prices

How Much Does It Cost?

You can get all the information you need on taking up Paramotoring with our 1-Day Introductory Course costing £195.  You'll spend most of the day in practical sessions getting an introduction to the wing and the motor unit.  If after the 1-Day Introductory Course you decide that Paramotoring is for you, the good news is that you can go on to do the full BHPA CP (Power) or BHPA Pilot (Power) Course by simply paying a top-up fee.

An Ab-Initio student would need about 11 - 13 days of training to achieve their full Pilot (Power) rating.  This costs £1,495, reducing to £995 if they purchase their paramotor and wing through us with Paramotoring Best Deal Scheme, See details below.

* If you wish to purchase your paramotoring equipment through Mahony Aviation Paramotoring Best Deal Scheme then you can train on our school equipment for FREE – subject to you providing a Paypal or cash deposit and signing a proforma at the beginning of your training / flying stating that you agree to pay for any damage to any equipment that you are responsible for whilst training / flying and belonging to Mahony Aviation.

If you do not wish to purchase your flying equipment through Mahony Aviation or you have already purchased it elsewhere, it will be necessary to use the school’s equipment (wing, paramotor, reserve parachute & fuel) for the duration of your training course at a cost of £200.

A pilot who has recently achieved their BHPA CP (Novice) Paragliding qualification (Hill or Tow) could get their BHPA Pilot (Power) rating for £595 reducing to £295 if they purchase their paramotor and wing through us with Mahony Aviation's Paramotoring Best Deal Scheme.

New Equipment will cost anywhere from £2,100 - £2,500 for a wing and from £3,900 - £5,500 for a Paramotor.  The experienced Instructors at Mahony Aviation will be only too pleased to advise you on new or second-hand equipment purchases.
